Eliminating harassing and discriminatory behaviors is critical

to an inclusive workplace.

Preventing sexual harassment...

Part of creating a workplace that is inclusive is the elimination of inappropriate behaviors.  Sexual harassment has come to the forefront as a business issue not only because of the financial and legal liability, but harassment creates exclusion and exclusion creates turnover.

In recent years, federal and state laws have identified standards for training.  Under some circumstances, all managers must be trained in the awareness and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.  Other circumstances dictate that all employees must be trained as well.

NHCG Inc. has developed programs to comply with all known state and federal statutes regarding the training of sexual harassment prevention.  Our objective is to assist organizations to:

  • Comply with the law
  • Minimize their risk and exposure
  • Maximize a culture of inclusion

To accommodate the needs of our clients, NHCG Inc. offers its Preventing Sexual Harassment (PSH) in two formats:

  • ½-day Classroom workshop for up to 25 participants
  • 2 + hour online workshop through the NHCG University

NHCG Inc. classroom and online workshops meets all federal and state requirements for training.  All of our compliance training is carefully reviewed by legal and instructional design experts.  Updates are made as the laws change to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
