Major account selling strategies...

Selling to one client is difficult enough, but when multiple clients are involved it can be an extreme challenge.

NHCG Inc. has developed a workshop to assist the major account salesperson be more strategic in their approach to their complex client accounts.

Major Account Selling Strategies (MASS) builds on existing selling skills by providing a key account approach to the salesperson.  The overall objective of this approach is to build a Business Partnership with the client.

MASS assists the salesperson in analyzing their current account status, the level of commitment and access to their client contacts, and specific tactics and strategies to move up to a Business Partner.

All activities are directly applied to the salesperson's own major accounts.  At the end of the workshop, they walk away with a detailed plan to increase business at all levels.
