Client:  Major pharmaceutical company had significant increases in harassment & discrimination complaints reaching the EEOC.

Needs & requirements:  Design, develop, & implement a workshop that provides the fundamentals in employment law, harassment, inclusion with an emphasis on company policies & procedures- and train 14,000 employees in 6 months in 4 different locations. 

Lead time = 2 months.

Client:  Medical products manufacturer was having challenges selling to diverse clients.  Negative feedback from clients about salesperson's ability to understand their needs, listen to their concerns, and problem-solve.

Need & requirements:  Determine why this feedback is happening, design a training solution, work within existing time limitations, minimize external costs.

Solution:

  • conducted focus groups to determine root cause
  • designed a "blended" learning approach combining online & classroom training utilizing an existing company online university

consulting experience. . .

Client:  A Mid-Atlantic State including the State Senate and House.

Needs & Requirements:  Design & develop a curriculum to prevent workplace violence that would be applicable to all job types in the state.

Solution:

  • conducted interviews, attended ride-along, and completed data collection to determine scope, unique requirements, and client specific data
  • designed & developed a modular curriculum with a central "core" program
    • elective workshops were designed for unique workplace situations
