The critical link in attracting, retaining and utilizing your human capital is the manager.  Managing in a diverse environment requires excellence in communication skills and processes.

NHCG Inc. addresses these critical skills through a modular curriculum called:  Managing People (MP).  MP is designed in in ½-day modules that can be combined to satisfy virtually any client need for management training.

The workshops are highly interactive and applications oriented.  At key points in each workshop, participants apply the learning to their own unique work challenges.

Assessments, experiential activities, case study, role play, and "pair & share" activities all combine to provide a rewarding and valuable experience for the participant.
