Fair Management Practices (FMP) provides managers with a fundamental understanding of employment law, its purpose, and its intended effect.  By understanding and applying the guiding principles of the Civil Rights Act and related laws, managers can create a workplace that if free from harassment and discrimination.

FMP is recommended for all supervisors and managers in the organization.  For your convenience, FMP is offered as both a classroom workshop and an online program.
