Why
should I use NHCG?
ANS. As an experienced full service training company, we offer customized programs and certified professional facilitators to assist you in meeting your training objectives.

What types of training does NHCG offer?
ANS. We are a training company specializing in Compliance Issues, Sales and Service Training Solutions and Leadership and Management training.
Q.
What is the cost?
ANS. We charge a flat per diem fee for facilitation plus expenses. Participant License Fees vary based on the type of program you are running. Don’t forget to ask about our volume-based discounts.

Our
company has unique needs. Can the materials be tailored?
ANS. The NHCG philosophy is to make the training materials as personal to the client’s environment as possible. Your input is key to making this a success. We prefer to sit down with the client, gather information and create relevant role-plays and/or case studies with which the participants can identify.

Do
we really need materials?
ANS. Yes. Materials are designed to maximize participant comprehension and to minimize your company’s liability. It is also important that participants have materials that can be easily referenced to enhance their performance and productivity back on the job.

Will
NHCG facilitators travel to our locations?
ANS. Absolutely. NHCG facilitators have conducted training in 49 of the 50 states as well as 28 other countries. We have run sessions in corporate offices, hotels, school auditoriums and even on trains.

Does
NHCG run a pilot program so we know what to expect?
ANS. Since we work closely with you during the development of the program you should never be surprised when the program is rolled out. We are strong advocates of running a pilot program before going live with the entire company. Why? It allows you to make last minute changes to better meet your objectives and goals.

Can
NHCG train our staff to run this program?
ANS. NHCG offers a complete training program called Train-the-Trainer (T-3). First, an NHCG Senior Trainer takes you through the program as a participant. Next, the Senior Trainer coaches you through the facilitation process complete with tips and techniques in order to be successful. The T-3 program is designed and packaged to provide all the necessary tools for an individual to run a successful training session and is neatly packaged in a smart travel portfolio.

Do
you have the capacity to run simultaneous sessions?
ANS. Absolutely. NHCG has a large pool of highly talented and experienced facilitators on a domestic and global basis. We have been known to run more than sixty sessions per day.

Can
you suggest a cost effective way to schedule classes?
ANS. Yes! Scheduling is one of our specialties. The NHCG scheduling department will be happy to partner with you, providing guidelines to maximize your classes and minimize the cost. With over fifteen years experience in this area, why not put our expertise to work!

Do
I need to contact the facilitator directly regarding the training schedule?
ANS. No. The first point of contact for you is always the NHCG office. The staff at NHCG is personable, knowledgeable and professional. NHCG feels you should only have one number to remember. Allow us to do the rest.

What
are the qualifications of the NHCG facilitators?
ANS. All of the facilitators are certified and trained by NHCG. Some pre-requisites for certification include: subject matter expertise, corporate work experience, prior training background, and experience with adult learners.

Does
NHCG offer any on-line training programs?
ANS. Yes. Currently, NHCG has Preventing Sexual Harassment, Fair Management Practices, Business Ethics, and Valuing Workforce Diversity up and running. Several other programs are in the development stage - so continue to check back.
Q.
Does
NHCG have any programs that meet federal or state standards for compliance
training?
ANS. Preventing Sexual Harassment (PSH) and PSH.com, have been reviewed by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities (CCHRO). The CCHRO has stated the PSH programs meet the 14 points as outlined by the Connecticut requirements, Regulation 46-54-204 (c). These standards are more stringent than the federal requirements. After reviewing these programs, the CCHRO stated in a letter dated June 9, 1999, "We were quite impressed."

Does
NHCG provide training in other languages?
ANS. Definitely. Preventing Sexual Harassment is offered in both English and Spanish. NHCG is also in the process of translating many of our most requested programs.
