Developing client relationships...

For every product, every service, and every client, there is a sales process.  Successful sales organizations know their sales cycle and the critical sales steps needed to gain client commitment.

Those who don't are often surprised by the outcome.

Developing Client Relationships (DCR) provides the salesperson with the knowledge of the sales process - that is unique to their business.  They will know where they are with each of their clients, what it will take to move ahead in the process, and be able to forecast the likelihood of success.

During this sales cycle, there are very distinct roles adopted by the salesperson.  Each role has specific selling skills that become important.

The process, roles, and skills all come together to form a powerful approach to developing better client relationships - and greater selling successes.
