Conflict resolution...

Conflict results in a few outcomes - usually centered around winning and losing.  In an inclusive business environment, conflict can and should be resolved.

How do we typically deal with conflict?  Often there is avoidance - we tend to move away from the unpleasant.  Then there is the defensive behavior - we tend to hold our position.  Neither will lead to a positive outcome.

Conflict Resolution (CR) provides participants with an understanding of the causes of conflict and the steps to successfully reach a resolution.

Simulations allow participants to experience the causes and effects of conflict from an emotional perspective and the long term effects of negative outcomes on the work environment.
